Korea Taekwondo Moo Duk Kwan Association.
This is the home of the "Original" Taekwondo Moo Duk Kwan organization established by the members of Moo Duk Kwan who unified with other Taekwondo Kwans into the Korea Taekwondo Association in 1965.
Today, this orignal Kwan is headed up by President Jong Hwan Lee, who was personally selected by the late Jae Kyu Chon to be his successor (original Board of Directors dismantled by President Choi, Nam Do who agreed to final unification in 1978).
Grandmaster Lee served for the past 16 years as the President of the Pan American branch of the Korea Taekwondo Moo Duk Kwan Associiation before being asked to assume the position.
In the last year of President Chon's Presidency he selected and asked Jong Hwan Lee to dedicate his life to rebuilding Taekwondo Moo Duk Kwan back to it's days of global dominance, leadership and respect using today's modern technology and business practices. He was also instructed to maintain a working relationship with the KTA and Kukkiwon in honor of past agreements with the Kwan.
President Lee vows to be a "Simple Leader" with simple solutions in a complex world. He is committed to both serving the members of our family and the reunification of all factions of Taekwondo Moo Duk Kwan.

The Korea Taekwondo Moo Duk Kwan Association is a global organization dedicated to serving the needs of the Taekwondo Moo Duk Kwan members around the world.
We are organized with leaders dedicated to Regions of the World, Associations, Grandmasters & Masters dedicated to delivery of Moo Duk Kwan Taekwondo and Tangsoodo.

Five Regions include:
Pan America, Europe, Oceana, Africa and Asia

Appointments: We are currently accepting applications for appointment to open Regional President, Leadership positions over each of the major regions of the World (See chart below).
(8-9th Dan Only).

In addition, we have Regional Vice President, leadership appointments at the individual country, province or state levels within each of the Global Regions (See Chart below). (5-9th Dan only).

If appointed: You will be expected to create and conduct Taekwondo
Moo Duk Kwan events in your area of responsibility and may be called upon to be involved in rank examinations and other Moo Duk Kwan activities as deemed necessary by the leadership team.

Hall Of Fame
Hall of Fame Awards nominations are accepted annually in August of the calendar year.
Requirements for nomination into the Hall of Fame include one must hold the rank of 9th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo MooDukKwan and have contributed greatly to the legacy, preservation, uplifting and success of our Kwan.
